If you want to know more about our services, deals, and availability, request a quote now! We will receive a notification and reach out to you within 24 hours.
Once we’ve had a chat over the phone or over coffee, and you are ready to reserve your date with us (Yay!) click to download our General Contract, and then the individual contracts for the services you are booking:
When you have filled the contracts out, scan them in (using a scanner or the Tiny Scanner app that we always recommend if a scanner isn’t readily available) and email the PDFs to Logan@sceniceventsolutions.com
Ready for some Homework??
Hopefully you will find filling out our Questionnaires more interesting than traditional homework! We just need your ideas and desires written down so that we can Custom-Tailor our services to your event. You may have already noticed that some of the contracts like Hair and Makeup and Photobooth have Questionnaires already built in, so that is one less thing to worry about! Some of our other services require more planning, so we have separate Questionnaires for them. Click the individual service you are booking to download the Questionnaire:
If you have any questions about your Questionnaire, please call us at (423)645-1565 and we would be more than happy to help you out! Once the Questionnaire is filled out, like the contracts, scan and send them in to Logan@sceniceventsolutions.com so we can get to work on putting together your big day!
